REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Proposals will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Nobles County, Minnesota, at the Office of the County Administrator, Third Floor, Nobles County Government Center, Worthington, Minnesota until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2008 for a professional Library Planner to perform a space study of the Nobles County Library and Information Center located in the War Memorial Building at 407 12th Street, Worthington, MN.
Nobles County reserves the right to determine the best proposal, to reject any and all proposals, to waive any information and, to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to Nobles County.
