A.C.E. hosting ‘Living Well with Chronic Conditions’

WORTHINGTON — Living Well with Chronic Conditions, a weekly six-session class during which participants make weekly action plans, share experiences and help each other solve problems as they carry out their plans, will begin Monday.

The class will take place 1:30 to 4 p.m. for six consecutive Mondays at the Center for Active Living, 211 11th St., Worthington. Topics include nutrition, exercise, medication use, pain management, emotions and communicating with medical providers.
