ADRIAN - An Adrian man arrested Tuesday has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree criminal sexual conduct with an individual under 16 and older than 13.
Bradly Haddock, 31, is being held in the Nobles County Jail. Each felony charge has a maximum sentence of 30 years, $40,000 or both.
According to the criminal complaint, the alleged criminal sexual conduct occurred Aug. 3. The victim, who was previously acquainted with Haddock, sought emergency medical attention.

Haddock’s initial appearance is scheduled for Aug. 22 in Nobles County District Court.
