WINDOM - Windom’s arts organization, the Prairie Arts Continuum, will produce a dinner theater April 1-3 at the Business, Arts and Recreation Center in Windom.
“Daddy’s Girl” is set in Maudie’s Diner, named after the proprietor’s dearly-departed wife. A mischievous angel appears with the task to reunite the proprietor with his long-lost daughter, while the diner’s faithful patrons and a few new ones create scenarios that will elicit both laughter and tears.
Auditions will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the BARC library, 1012 Fifth Ave., Windom. There are parts - large and small - for eight women and five men. No youth parts are available.
Anyone who is interested in auditioning but is unable to make the set times should contact director Tim Jenniges, (507) 831-1380.
Tickets for “Daddy’s Girl” will be available starting March 14 at the BARC office.
