Author Eskens to appear at libraries

JACKSON - Award-winning and best-selling Minnesota author Allen Eskens will be at the Jackson and Lakefield libraries on Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. (Jackson) and 2 p.m. (Lakefield).  He’ll also appear at 5 p.m. the same day at the River City Eatery, located at 344 10th St. in Windom.

 

Eskens is the author of “The Life We Bury,” “The Guise of Another,” “The Heavens May Fall” and “The Deep Dark Descending.” He is the recipient of the Barry Award, Minnesota Book Award, Rosebud Award (Left Coast Crime) and Silver Falchion Award. He has been a finalist for the Edgar Award, Thriller Award, Anthony Award, and Audie Award. His books have been translated into 20 languages and his novel, “The Life We Bury”, is in development for a feature film.
