WORTHINGTON -- Author Jill Kalz will present book talks and signings Monday at 3 p.m. at the Adrian Branch Library and 6:30 p.m. at the Nobles County Library, 407 12th St., Worthington.
Kalz, who grew up in New Ulm, is currently a senior editor at Picture Window Books, an educational children's book publisher.
In addition to nearly 50 titles for children, Kalz has also published work for adults in Minnesota Monthly and other magazines. Her recent book, "Farmer Cap," was a winner of the Readers' Choice Award and a Children's Literature finalist.
Many of Kalz's books are available for check out at the local libraries or through Plum Creek Library System interlibrary loan. Books will also be available for sale at the signing.
