WORTHINGTON -- The blizzard that hit southwest Minnesota postponed the three area boys' Section 3A South basket-ball tournament games originally scheduled for Thursday evening, as well as two boys' basketball games in Iowa.
Mountain Lake-Butterfield-Odin was to play Round Lake-Brewster in Okabena at 7 p.m., while Fulda was scheduled to take on Westbrook-Walnut Grove at 6 p.m. at Southwest Christian in Edgerton, with the contest between Edgerton and Murray County Central to follow immediately after.
Also, the Class 1A, District 1 final between Boyden-Hull and George-Little Rock, and the Class 1A, District 3 final between Harris-Lake Park and Bishop Garrigan were postponed.
All five games are now tentatively scheduled for today at the same times, at the same sites.
