WINDOM -- Anne Henry, an attorney with the Minnesota Disability Law Center, will present a program on changes happening to programs serving people with disabilities and their families.
Arc Southwest is sponsoring the program, which will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Building in Windom.
