WINDOM -- Aaron Backman, the executive director of the Windom Economic Development Authority, received the "Driver in Economic Development" award at the state development conference last week.
Backman was jointly nominated by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and the Economic Development Association of Minnesota.
