PIPESTONE -- Pipestone County will host the All-Hazard Mitigation Open House from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday in the Community Room of the Pipestone County Courthouse.
Hazard mitigation is the effort to reduce loss of life and property by eliminating or lessening the impact of disasters before they happen.
