WORTHINGTON -- The Heart Screen at Sanford will now be available in the Worthington community.
The Heart Screen at Sanford includes an EKG, blood pressure check, heart score CT and lipid panel. This screening is designed to discover cardiovascular disease and its risk factors.
"Early diagnosis and preventive therapy should be considered the standard of care for heart disease," said Tom Stys, M.D., Sanford Clinic Heart Partners "It is a very treatable and preventable disease as long as it is identified in its early stages. The Heart Screen at Sanford is the best way to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment."
The Heart Screen will be available at Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington for $50.
