WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) continue to investigate the death of a 2-year-old girl who was brought to Worthington Regional Hospital last Thursday. Results of the autopsy to determine cause of death have not yet been released, nor has the name of the child.
During a press conference Friday, authorities referred to the child's death as "non-accidental," but no additional information has been released since that conference.
