ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- A man was arrested Saturday after allegedly stealing a car southeast of George, Iowa.
Joseph Dennis Garlic, 19, of George, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated -- first offense, a serious misdemeanor, operating a vehicle without the owner's consent, an aggravated misdemeanor, driving while revoked, a serious misdemeanor and being a minor in possession, a simple misdemeanor.
Garlic is being held in jail on a $10,000 bond.
