WINDOM -- The 2008 Minnesota State Cattlemen's Summer Tour and Trade Show will be Tuesday.

Hosted by the Cottonwood Cattle Producers, the tour will cover territory in Cottonwood and Jackson counties. From cow-calf businesses to feedlot operations to the Zeigler Cat plant, buses will travel two routes based out of the Windom City Arena.

Buses will load starting at 7 a.m., with the final bus loading at 8:30 a.m., and head out on the north or south route to return to the arena for a roast beef sandwich dinner. During the noon hour, tour goers will have the opportunity to visit with trade show vendors.

After the noon meal at the arena, buses will load for the alternate route in the afternoon and come back to the arena to be treated to a rib-eye steak supper.

There is a fee for the tour, which includes continental breakfast, dinner and supper.
