INWOOD, Iowa -- By next fall, a 3.2-mile concrete walking and biking trail will be in place around Lake Pahoja. The trail was originally installed in 1989 but had since deteriorated and needed replacement.
A majority of the funds for the project will come from International Surface Transportation Efficiency Act grants awarded in 2006 and 2008.
