BINGHAM LAKE -- A Union Pacific locomotive travelling westbound struck a northbound semi-tractor carrying a grain trailer at 12:45 p.m. Friday near the POET biorefining plant.
Damage was reported to the tractor and trailer. The driver was transported to Windom Area Hospital. His condition is unknown.
The Cottonwood County Sheriff's Department and Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene.
