GEORGE, Iowa -- An Iowa woman was arrested and charged with several drug-related offenses after the June 7 search of a George residence.
As a result of a search of a West Michigan Avenue residence in George, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office and the Iowa Department of Natural resources arrested Jessica Marie Lorenzen, 22, for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), an aggravated misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance (prescription pills), a serious misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance (prescription inhaler), a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff's Office, Lorenzen is out on a $2,000 bond.
