WORTHINGTON โ The Nobles County Attorney's Office has dismissed its charges against a Coon Rapids resident accused of domestic assault last month.
Phillip Sam, 35, was charged with both felony and misdemeanor domestic assault after a household member told law enforcement he had hurt them.
Charges were dismissed Dec. 3 "in the interest of justice," according to court documents.
