FULDA -- The IronHorse Motorcycle Club is looking for a few good pots of chili to chase away the winter chills.
The fourth annual IronHorse Chili Cook-off Scholarship Fund-raiser takes place Saturday at the Fulda Community Center with all-you-can-eat chili and door prizes throughout the evening.
"We had 48 entries last year and hope to have even more this year," said Tim Strenge, former IronHorse president. "Anybody can enter."
The only requirements for entering a batch of chili are that it be brought to the community center in a crockpot (with a ladle) by 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The judging starts at 4:30 p.m., and chili is served from 5 to 7 p.m.
"We have a really good panel of judges," Strenge said. "Chuck Holinka will be there -- he's our veteran judge."

The club receives requests throughout the year from people who would like to judge the contest, Strenge said, so it has quite a line of people from which to choose.
Tickets for the event are available at the door and proceeds fund the scholarships the club gives out each year.
"We're all really looking forward to it," Strenge said. "It will be a good time."
