Church Avenue to close for construction work

WORTHINGTON - Storm sewer work on Church Avenue from Clary Street to Oxford Street is scheduled to begin Monday. Church Avenue will be closed to through traffic, but will be open to restricted local traffic for driveway access.
Access will alternate from the Clary Street or Oxford Street ends of Church Avenue as construction progresses. Watch for changing traffic conditions and signing, reduce your speed, watch for construction equipment and drive carefully in the construction zone.
Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned, pipe and gravel surface restoration work should be completed and through traffic restored in about one week.
