Corn, soybean banquet Monday

WORTHINGTON -- The 18th annual banquet of the Nobles County Corn and Soybean Growers will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the American Reformed Church, 1720 N. Burlington Ave., Worthington.

WORTHINGTON -- The 18th annual banquet of the Nobles County Corn and Soybean Growers will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the American Reformed Church, 1720 N. Burlington Ave., Worthington.

A catered meal will be followed by a short presentation by Warren Formo, executive director of the Minnesota Agricultural Water Resource Coalition.

An evening of music provided by the Great Pretenders will follow the presentation. Tickets are available at the door, or can be reserved by calling 376-5168.
