WINDOM - A free, regional county fair judges’ training will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Wetland Management District office, 49663 County Road 17, Windom. The training is for anyone interested in becoming a general project area judge for county fairs.
The hands-on event will include learning the art of conference judging general project at county fairs. Topics that will be discussed include: quality judging experiences, project evaluation, and ribbon standards. Participants will also participate in a mock conference judging session.
Please bring a sack lunch.
