WILLMAR - Kandiyohi and Renville officials are reporting that the Secretary of State's Election Web site has apparently crashed.
Local election officials reported shortly before midnight Tuesday that they are having difficulty uploading election results to the Secretary of State's Web site.
Voting results will be delayed until the site function is restored.
