Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Criserio Perez Vasquez, 32, of Sibley, Iowa, was arrested Saturday on two counts of child endangerment and public intoxication. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail, and later released on his own recognizance.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Denny Phosy, 29, of Jackson, was arrested Sunday for alleged possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver-methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver-marijuana and failure to affix tax stamp. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $35,000 bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on U.S. 59 just south of the Minnesota-Iowa state line. Jennifer L. Drahota, 44, of Jackson, a passenger in the vehicle, was taken into custody on a Dickinson County warrant. The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
