WORTHINGTON - A Worthington man is facing multiple criminal sexual conduct charges after a reported sexual assault of a juvenile was made to a mandatory reporter.

In an interview with law enforcement, Gabriel-Ramos denied abusing the juvenile and described their relationship as “generally positive.”
The juvenile girl was also reportedly sexually assaulted by a juvenile she was also acquainted with. It was not immediately known whether the juvenile suspect had been charged.
Gabriel-Ramos’ conditional bail was scheduled at $100,000 and unconditional at $200,000.
