WORTHINGTON — Two Fairmont men have been convicted of possessing marijuana and marijuana products.
Anthony C. Clarke, 21, was sentenced Monday to 90 days in the Nobles County Jail, and was placed on three years of supervised probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine. Jesse Rasche, 21, received a statutory stay of adjudication on the felony drug offense and was sentenced to 20 days in the Nobles County Jail. He was placed on three years of supervised probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Clarke and Rasche had four other charges dismissed as part of their plea agreements.
They were arrested in May after heat-sealed baggies along with 36 1-gram marijuana wax packets, three THC candy “sugar drops” totaling 84 grams, a chocolate mint THC candy bar, two tubes of THC-based food/beverage additive and 5.5 pounds of marijuana were discovered in their vehicle.
