Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Courtney Rose Kraus, 23, of Lake Hallie, Wis. was arrested Saturday for allegedly carrying weapons, possession of controlled substance-marijuana first offense,and possession of drug paraphernalia; she was also cited for speeding. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop at Iowa 60 and 130th Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Quin Mitchel Kilmer, 26, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., was also arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance-marijuana second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kraus and Kilmer were transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail. Kraus was held on a bond of $3,600, and Kilmer was held on a bond of $1,300.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Doyle Wayne Hutchinson, 62, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Saturday for alleged domestic abuse assault. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $300 bond. The arrest stemmed from a report of a disturbance at a Sibley residence.
