WORTHINGTON — A Worthington teenager was adjudicated delinquent for stealing more than $4,000 from Walmart.
Lucas Schneider, 16, was placed on supervised probation until his 19th birthday and ordered to perform 20 hours of community work service. He was also ordered to pay $4,082 restitution to Walmart.
Schneider and Liliana A. Hidalgo were charged in November of each stealing more than $4,000 from Walmart, their employer at the time.
Hidalgo recently filed a plea petition with her intent to plead guilty to felony theft. The agreement calls for a stay of adjudication, five years of supervised probation, payment of $4,621 in restitution and other terms set by the court.
Her plea hearing is scheduled for Jan. 13 in Nobles County District Court.
