Crashes

WPD: hit and run, 4:31 p.m. Friday, 1700 block of Minnesota 60.

Minnesota State Patrol: 11:16 a.m. Sunday, Minnesota 30 west of Dovray. A 2005 GMC Envoy operated by Mary Theresa Clarey Robocker, 47, of Bridgewater, South Dakota was westbound in snow/ice conditions when it went off the roadway. Robocker was transported to Westbrook Hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. The Murray County Sheriff’s Office, Westbrook Ambulance, and Dovray Fire Department and First Responders assisted.

NCSO: vehicle off roadway, 3:02 p.m. Sunday, Interstate 90 near milepost 34.

WPD: 3:04 p.m. Sunday, Interstate 90 near milepost 44.

WPD: 3:20 p.m. Sunday, 1900 block of Oxford Street.

NCSO: one-vehicle rollover with injuries, 3:52 p.m. Sunday, Interstate 90 near milepost 32.

WPD: runaway, 8:23 p.m. Friday, 1000 block of Third Avenue.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Johnny Pierce, 28, was arrested Friday and charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,300 cash/surety bond. The arrest came following the execution of a search warrant at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Fourth Street in Ashton, Iowa. The Iowa State Patrol assisted.

WPD: disorderly conduct, 1:48 a.m. Saturday, 100 block of 12th Street.

WPD: harassing communication, 2:36 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of Cynthia Avenue, Worthington.

WPD: disorderly males, 3:45 p.m. Saturday, 1500 block of Collegeway.

WPD: assault, 8:15 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of 12th Street. The incident had taken place Friday night.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Daryl Blair, 35, of Los Osos, California was arrested Saturday on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Lyon County K9 Rizzo assisted in the investigation.

WPD: verbal argument, 2:34 p.m. Sunday, 400 block of Roos Avenue.
