WORTHINGTON — Yolandamarra Radzhabov will serve 19 months in state prison as a result of a September 2018 arrest.
Radzhabov was arrested in connection with the discovery of 140 grams of methamphetamine in a vehicle in which she was a passenger. She was initially charged with seven counts of drug crimes ranging from possession of paraphernalia to first-degree sale.
In a plea agreement, Radzhabov had six charges against her dismissed and was sentenced only on one charge of fifth-degree possession.
Her sentence, handed down in Nobles County District Court Wednesday, is 19 months in prison, with credit for 215 days already served. Radzhabov was transported to the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee to serve her time.
