MINNEAPOLIS -- Best & Flanagan LLP has announced that attorney Sarah E. Crippen has received the distinction of MSBA Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
This certified specialist designation has been earned by fewer than 3 percent of all licensed Minnesota attorneys and is achieved by those who have completed a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the specialty area, peer review and documented experience. Certified attorneys have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in their specific field and can use the designation of specialist to advertise their credentials.
The MSBA has been accredited as an independent professional organization for certifying attorneys as Criminal Law Specialists, Real Property Law Specialists, Civil Trial Law Specialists and Labor and Employment Law Specialists.
A native of Worthington, Crippen graduated in 1991 from the University of Minnesota, J.D., magna cum laude, and also from Carleton College, B.A., magna cum laude in 1987.
She is the chairwoman of Best & Flanagan's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and the firm's Employment Law Practice Group.
