MELVIN, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office arrested Usmaro Alvarez Diaz, 33, of Sanborn, Iowa, at about midnight Monday for failure to have a valid driver's license. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer on Diaz, and he is currently being held at Osceola County Jail.
