LITTLE ROCK, Iowa - The Lyon County Sheriff' s Office investigated a one-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Friday north of Little Rock on Marsh Avenue. A 2002 Ford FCS operated by Courtney L. Faragher, 17, of Worthington, was southbound on Marsh Avenue when it entered the east ditch, rolled numerous times and came to rest on its top. Faragher was taken to Osceola County Hospital, Sibley, Iowa, and then transported to Avera Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D., with non-incapacitating injuries. The vehicle sustained approximately $8,000 in damages. The Lyon County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the Little Rock Fire Department and the Little Rock Ambulance.

RUSHMORE - The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated an accident reported at 4:58 p.m. Monday at the intersection of King Avenue and 260th Street.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday on Oxford Street, near Graham Tire.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:26 p.m. Monday to Centennial Beach for a dog bite. A ticket was issued for dog at large.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:02 p.m. Monday to 710 Oxford St. for a baby that was choking. All was OK upon arrival.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday to Boondocks to transport a male with a large cut.

Fire

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Fire Department was dispatched at 5:41 p.m. Monday to 952 McMillan St. for a stove fire.

Police

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a juvenile shoplifter at 8:57 p.m. Monday from Wal-Mart.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of disorderly conduct at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday.
