WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 12:18 p.m. Sunday from the Walmart parking lot.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident reported at 4:09 p.m. Sunday from the ShopKo parking lot.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident reported at 9:33 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Oxford Street and Diagonal Road.

WINDOM - The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a motorcycle accident reported at 1:26 p.m. Monday on Minnesota 60, east of Windom near mile marker 45. A 2003 Honda motorcycle operated by Mary A. Smith, 46, of Fostoria, Iowa, was traveling with four motorcycles. The other motorcycles stopped suddenly, and Smith laid the bike down to avoid a collision. Smith suffered a minor injury.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:33 p.m. Saturday to 1033 E. Ninth Ave. for a male who had fallen, hit his head and was bleeding.

ELLSWORTH - The Adrian Ambulance and Ellsworth Rescue were dispatched at 1 a.m. Sunday to 110 Loomis St. for a combative male with a possible drug overdose.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 7:40 a.m. Sunday to 1801 Collegeway to transport an individual with a nosebleed.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:37 p.m. Sunday to NAPA Auto Parts for a male having a seizure.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 2:53 p.m. Monday to 1150 Crailsheim Drive to transport a female who was feeling ill after surgery.

WORTHINGTON - The Nobles County Sheriff's Office received a report of damage to a mailbox at 9:02 a.m. Sunday from the 30400 block of Nobles County 35.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department cited two adult males for open bottle violation at 11:17 p.m. in the Burger King parking lot. An adult female was also cited for no Minnesota driver's license; an adult female was cited for allowing open bottle.
