WILMONT -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated the report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:19 p.m. Saturday on Nobles County 13.

SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- The Iowa State Patrol investigated a fatal crash at 11:02 a.m. Saturday on Iowa 9 in Dickinson County. A 2006 Freightliner semitrailer driven by Randy Lee Fish, 53, of Williams, Minn., was traveling westbound when the driver suffered a medical condition resulting in loss of control. The vehicle crossed the center line, and then crossed back before going through a fence and landing in East Lake Okoboji. Fish was transported to Spirit Lake Hospital by Spirit Lake EMS, where he was pronounced dead.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 1:31 p.m. Saturday to 1600 Second Ave. for an adult male with a diabetic reaction. The patient was transported.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of an individual receiving threats at 1:45 p.m. Friday.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report at 3:39 p.m. Friday of an individual using a stolen credit card to pay for a court fine.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male at Wal-Mart, 1055 Ryan's Road, on charges of trespassing at 8:03 p.m. Friday.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated at 2:40 p.m. Saturday the report of juveniles starting a fence on fire in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue. Two juveniles were escorted to the ER to get checked out.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited an adult female on U.S. 59/Minnesota 60 for speeding, no insurance and driving after revocation.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of a verbal argument in the 2100 block of East Avenue on Saturday. Officers arrested a 19-year-old male for fifth-degree assault and third-degree riot, and a 19-year-old male for second-degree assault and second-degree riot.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department responded to a fight at the VFW, 1117 Second Ave., at 12:24 a.m. Sunday. The fight was verbal, and the parties were separated.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a person acting suspiciously in the 200 block of 11th Street at 1:29 a.m. Sunday. A male was discovered intoxicated and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
