Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Ezequiel Ayala Lopez, 23, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Saturday for allegedly operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and driving while licenses denied or revoked The arrest stemmed from a report of a missing vehicle from rural Osceola County. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $3,000 bond.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Parker Lee Dagel, 20, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Sunday for allegedly operating while under the influence-first offense, The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Eighth Avenue and Fifth Street in Sibley. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $1,000 bond.
