ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa - The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department arrested Deen Barnes, 19, of Pipestone for possession of a controlled sub stance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 2100 block of U.S. 75. Barnes was a passenger in the vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
