WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident at 5:07 p.m. Friday at Oxford Street and McMillan Street.
WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 9:13 p.m. Friday in the westbound lane of Interstate 90 at mile marker 42. Caren Sonichsen, 66, of Hawarden, Iowa, was driving a 1999 Lincoln Town Car, lost control on the icy road and hit a guard fence. She was not injured, but the vehicle sustained severe damage.
WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 10:10 p.m. Friday in the eastbound lane of Interstate 90 at Minnesota 60. Nelson Bellovin, 31, of Inver Grove Heights, was driving a 2006 Ford Expedition, lost control and hit the bridge. He sustained a minor hand injury but refused treatment. The vehicle sustained severe damage.
WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 11:10 p.m. Friday in the westbound lane on Interstate 90 at Minnesota 60. Helena Sutherland, 25, of Vernon Hills, Ill., was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, lost control on the bridge deck and hit the guardrail. She sustained no apparent injury, but the vehicle sustained severe damage.

SLAYTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 6:25 a.m. Saturday on U.S. 59, south of Slayton. Amanda Tentinger, 24, of Avoca, was driving a 2003 pickup that ran off the road and rolled. She was taken to Murray County Memorial Hospital for treatment of back and chest pain. The vehicle sustained moderate damage.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident reported at 10:49 a.m. Saturday from Oxford Street and Grand Avenue. A 41-year-old male was cited for failure to yield, driving after revocation and a stop sign violation.
