Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Jacob Lee Duin, 28, of Ashton, Iowa was arrested for allegedly operating under the influence-first offense and possession of controlled substance. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he held on a $2,000 bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Iowa 60 and 270th Street.
