WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a report of a one-vehicle accident at 8:51 p.m. Friday in the westbound lane of Interstate 90 at mile marker 45. Involved was a vehicle operated by Jaclyn M. Infusino, 23, of Kenosha, Wis.

WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a report of a one-vehicle accident at 9:28 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Rowe Avenue. Involved was a vehicle driven by Lynsey C. Vonholtum, 19, of Wilmont.

ELLSWORTH -- The Ellsworth Ambulance and Adrian Ambulance were dispatched at 4:44 p.m. Friday to 106 W. Fourth Ave. for a female who had suffered a stroke.

LYON COUNTY, Iowa -- The Ellsworth Rescue Squad was dispatched at 10:55 a.m. Sunday to Bethel Reformed Church, 1295 Kennedy St., to assist a woman who had passed out.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:01 a.m. Monday to Prairie Elementary, 1700 First Ave. S.W., to transport a student.

BIGELOW -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office arrested a 31-year-old Storm Lake, Iowa, male for no driver's license, open bottle and speeding at 10:04 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of U.S. 59 and 330th Street.

ADRIAN -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office arrested a 28-year-old Rushmore male for third-degree driving while intoxicated and open bottle at 2:20 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Nobles County 15 and Nobles County 35.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 20-year-old Worthington female for second-degree assault at 4:07 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Second Avenue.

READING -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office arrested a 27-year-old Reading male for domestic assault at 5:45 p.m. Sunday in the 27200 block of 198th Street. The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a burglary at 8 a.m. Monday at a business in the 700 block of 10th Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a broken window at a business at 9:12 a.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Oxford Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of broken windows and vandalism to garage windows at 10:14 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Clary Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft of a purse at 10:58 a.m. Monday in the 2200 block of Cecilee Street.
