Lyon County Sheriff’s Office; Luis Alberto Cumba Morales, 37, was arrested Saturday on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and assault with a dangerous weapon. The arrest came following a 12:05 a.m. report of an assault in progress in the 400 block of South Carroll Street, Rock Rapids, Iowa. A taser was used to subdue Cumba Morales, who was transported by Lyon County Ambulance to Sanford of Rock Rapids and later to Lyon County Jail.
