SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Department investigated a crash between a 1995 Dodge Stratus and a parked 1991 Buick Regal in the Sibley-Ocheyedan High School parking lot at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The driver of the Dodge Stratus, 16-year-old Ashlee Jean Reck, Sibley, was cited for failure to maintain control. Both her vehicle and the parked vehicle belonging to Ashley Susanne Henning, 16, of Sibley, sustained $600 in damage. No injuries were reported.
OCHEYEDAN, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Department investigated a car-bench crash at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday. Leola Gertrude Harms, 87, of May City, was driving a 1995 Buick LeSabre on Main Street. While attempting to park, her car went over the curb and struck a bench. Her vehicle sustained $2,000 damage, while the bench sustained approximately $50 in damage. No injuries were reported.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of a theft in the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue at 11:09 a.m. Thursday.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of a theft in the 1000 block of Ryan's Road at 1:44 p.m. Thursday. A citation was issued to an adult female for theft and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
