WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after suspension at 6:15 p.m. Friday.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa - The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gerald Feist, 70, of Sioux Falls, S.D. on Friday for operating while intoxicated third offense and excessive speed (78 mph in a 55-mph zone) following a 7:40 p.m. report of an erratic driver westbound on Iowa 9. Feist was transported to the Lyon County Jail.

RUSHMORE - The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated property damage reported at 8:59 p.m. Friday from the 23000 block of Fellows Avenue.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa - The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marshal Redd, 33, of George, Iowa on Friday for public intoxication third offense after he appeared at the sheriff’s office to serve time for a previous offense. Redd was booked into the Lyon County Jail.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license, no proof of insurance and no child restraint at 12:02 a.m. Saturday.
