BIGELOW -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle collision with injuries at 9:10 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Nobles County 4. The Bigelow First Responders and two Worthington ambulances were paged to the scene.
ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff's Office investigated a two-vehicle collision with no apparent injuries at 4:39 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of South Story Street. Ashley Jungen, 24, of Rock Rapids, was driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse when she attempted to leave a parking place and struck a legally parked 2005 Ford Escape belonging to Linda Keizer, 49, of Rock Valley, Iowa. Approximately $1,000 in damage was done to Jungen's vehicle and approximately $2,500 in damage was done to Keizer's vehicle.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 5:13 p.m. Thursday to 1460 Burlington Ave. to assist a 2-year-old who had ingested poison. The child was transported to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.

SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office arrested Jesse Danielle Reed, 23, of Sanborn, Iowa, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated first offense, a serious misdemeanor, Friday in rural Osceola County. The charges stem from a traffic stop for speeding, but Reed also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Dickinson County for theft in the fifth degree. She was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $1,300 cash bond.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft at 8:26 a.m. Thursday at Petersen Cleaning & Maintenance.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 47-year-old female for theft at 12:47 p.m. Thursday at Wal-Mart.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited two juveniles, one for possession of a small amount of marijuana and one for disorderly conduct and the possession of a small amount of marijuana, at 1:06 p.m. Thursday in the alley behind the Daily Globe. Both juveniles were released into their mothers' custody.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft of license plates at 3:13 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of West 11th Avenue.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 52-year-old male for a school bus arm violation at 8:10 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Clary Street and McMillan Street.
SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office arrested Nathan Bjorklund, 23, for possession of a controlled substance Friday. He was stopped on a traffic stop and marijuana was found when his vehicle was searched. The Milford and Spirit Lake Police Departments assisted at the scene.
