ROCK COUNTY -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated an accident at 1:16 p.m. Friday along Interstate 90 in Rock County. Dale Thompson, 56, Northwood, Iowa, was injured when the 1999 Volvo semi he was driving ran off the road and hit a guard rail.
