ADRIAN -- The Adrian Fire Department was dispatched at 8:28 p.m. Saturday to a fire under a bridge on Nobles County 35 west of Adrian, just beyond Interstate 90.
Police
ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff's Office arrested Travis Creed Miller, 30, of George, Iowa, on Friday as a result of incidents that took place Thursday. Miller was arrested on two counts of second-degree sex abuse, a Class B felony, and indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor. He is being held in Lyon County Jail with a bond of $65,000 cash or surety.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of an assault at 12:03 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of 10th Street.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 41-year-old Worthington man for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:08 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Okabena Street and First Avenue.
