SIBLEY, Iowa - The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jula A. Ayala Lopez, 24, of Sibley, on Sunday for allegedly operating while intoxicated and driving while barred. He was booked into Osceola County Jail and was being held on a $4,000 bond.
