WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a stop arm violation at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Clary Street and Turner Street.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a theft of phone at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Minnesota 60.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a phone scam attempt at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday.

SIBLEY, Iowa - The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested an adult male on charges of operating while under the influence, third offense, and driving while barred. The arrest stemmed from a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Northwest Boulevard, north of Sibley.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Patrick Morehead, 24, of Sheldon, Iowa, for operating while intoxicated-first offense and cited for failure to maintain control following a report at 10:26 p.m. Wednesday of a vehicle stuck in the ditch on Lyon County A46.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Mulder, 31, of Rock Rapids, on Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of ammunition by a felon. He was held at the Lyon County Jail on a $5,000 bond. Jeremy Gerloff, 25, was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is free on a $1,000 bond. The arrest came after a search warrant was served at their residence in the 500 block of South Greene Street.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Austin Erickson, 31, of Sioux Falls, S.D. following a motor vehicle stop Wednesday in the 1600 block of Iowa 9. Erickson faces a felony charge of possession, transportation or control of firearms or offensive weapons; a serious misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and simple misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have a valid driver’s license, violation of financial liability coverage and speeding. Erickson was being held at the Lyon County Jail.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after suspension at 1:17 a.m. Thursday.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department received a report of a disorderly customer at 1:16 p.m. Thursday from the 1400 block of Oxford Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department received a report of a disorderly client at 2:11 p.m. Thursday from the 400 block of Industrial Lane.
