WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a crash reported at 4:45 p.m. Sunday. The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched to the scene. A juvenile female was cited for driving after suspension.
PIPESTONE - The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a rollover crash reported at 7:11 p.m. Sunday on Minnesota 30 near milepost 1. A 2006 Nissan Murano operated by Ahmed A. Hassan, 22, of Denver, Colo., was traveling westbound on Minnesota 30 when it started around a curve, lost control on an icy road surface, entered the south ditch and rolled. Four passengers in the vehicle -- Mahamed A. Hassan, 21, and Abdullahi A. Abdullahi, 27, of both of Denver, and Ubah M. Bare, 23, and Safiya M. Hussein, 27, both of Aurora, Colo. -- each suffered non life-threatening injuries. The Pipestone Fire Department, Pipestone Ambulance and Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office each provided assistance at the scene.
