Jackson County Sheriff’s Office: minor two-vehicle crash, 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, parking lot in Jackson.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: non-injury two-vehicle crash, 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, East Street and Second Avenue, Rock Rapids, Iowa. A 2016 Ford F250 operated by Larry Wibben, 58, of Rock Rapids was southbound, and a 2013 Honda Accord operated by Lauren Zollinger, 20, of Rock Rapids was westbound. The Honda attempted to cross East Street onto Second Avenue when the two vehicles collided in the intersection. The Honda sustained approximately $2,500 in damage, and the Ford about $750 in damage. No injuries were reported. Zollinger was cited for failure to yield upon entering the highway.
